Host an Event at Post 310
Nyack American Legion Post 310 may make portions of its facility available for approved meetings, programs, private gatherings, and community events.
All requests are subject to availability, Post approval, applicable rules, and Village of Nyack requirements.
Types of Events Considered
Facility-use requests may be considered for meetings, veteran programs, nonprofit activities, private celebrations, community gatherings, educational programs, and other approved events.
Important Conditions
Approval is not automatic. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Facility use may be limited to a specific date and time. Users may be required to follow occupancy, insurance, security, cleanup, alcohol, parking, and noise requirements.
No person or organization may rent, transfer, or provide the facility to another party without written approval from Post 310.

A Post 310 representative will review the request and follow up regarding availability, requirements, and any applicable fees.
